PCM coach
Experienced coach within a hyper scale up (IT) environment.
Currently working as an IT proffesional for a software vendor and a true believer in the PCM methodology. Every day I use PCM in the work space but also in my private life. I know the power of PCM, but I also feel the balanced mindset since I have been in contact with PCM 7 years ago. My objective is to coach teams or individuals in challeging situations to get to job done. But also to bring focus and understanding in what is motivating and driving “the other” and what is motivating the coachees. Give them easy to use tools and turn the (internal) conflict into a workable situation for everyone.
Together we can make the process fun so we can bring everything up to speed.
